I made a vision board a few weeks ago. It was dedicated to how I wanted to feel and what I wanted to do with the last 90 days of the decade!

One item that I put on it, was a note that said, “Clutter-Free”.

I have been a bit of a clutter-bug, most of my life. My husband is 100% neat freak, so I am sure I drive him crazy! But, what I have noticed is that when I create a clutter-free physical space, I open up my mental space to so much more creativity! I believe that a cluttered environment often correlates with a cluttered mind.

Clutter becomes tiny little obstacles keeping us from chasing our big goals. And let me tell you, tiny little obstacles build up and become bigger obstacles and those bigger obstacle often become the excuses we give all our power to.

We have roughly a couple months left of 2019. Make a goal to go into 2020 with a little less clutter in your life.

Each day or week, pick one thing to pick-up and de-clutter in your life. Just give it a try….and see how it affects you!

This can be virtual, like email, or physical like your junk drawer. And, you don’t need to spend more than 10-15 minutes at a time!

Carve out 10-15 minutes a week (or a day) and be ready to open your mind to peace, creativity, and room for making your dreams come alive!
